ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026 has come to an end, and we’d like to share one of the key outcomes of AKACORP Global Tech LLC (AKASoft)’s participation.

During the event, AKASoft signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with School21, marking the beginning of a partnership aimed at strengthening the connection between education and the real-world IT industry.

As part of the partnership, the two sides plan to:

• Create opportunities for internships and future employment at AKASoft for eligible School21 students;
• Give students the opportunity to work on real projects and gain hands-on experience;
• Help future IT professionals develop their skills and better understand the requirements of the technology industry;
• Develop areas related to AI, software development, digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.

The transition from education to a first job in IT is not always easy. Practical experience can make this path clearer by giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to real-world tasks, work in a professional environment, and better understand how technology is used in business.

For AKASoft, this is also an opportunity to engage with emerging talent, share practical experience, and contribute to the development of the next generation of IT professionals.

The technology industry continues to evolve, and so do the skills required from professionals. Today, it is important not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to learn how to apply it in practice.

That’s why partnerships like this help create a stronger connection between education and real business challenges.

The MoU with School21 is another step towards creating opportunities for practical learning, professional development, and future employment for students in the IT industry.
